HOLIDAY TOY REVIEW: LEGO KidsFest kicks off, easily becomes a “top pick” for the 2014 Ultimate Toy Guide

legofest - celebrity baby magazine parent blog network _Mini_Walking_Final(www.TheSingleMomClub.com)  – There are few things more kid-friendly than Legos.mBuilt to withstand most kid play and destruction, t if you think that LEGOs are just for boys, you’re wrong.  With their Princess and “Friends” collections, you might be very surprised to see just how much the little girls in your life love playing with Legos.

LEGO has so many divisions, options and functions it’s hard to imagine why every parent doesn’t race to the store and buy every LEGO on the shelf. There is the FUSION line, the CHIRMA line and new and over-the-top cool MINDSTORM lines, among many others.

Recently, I visited the LEGO Education booth at a teaching conference. I was truly blown away by the entry-level robotics options that are infused into the toy. With a couple of clicks of the mouse, I was able to get my LEGO Lion to turn flips and do all sorts of other astounding things.

My little one is obsessed with science, technology and the color pink so I know she’ll love the education options of LEGO’s education unit.

What better way to get to know what Legos’ can do for your child than to attend, LEGO KidsFest!
